题 目:Constructing Enterprise Cybersecurity Big Data, from Assistance for Cybersecurity to AI Cybersecurity Administrator

报告摘要:
For enterprise network security, existing cybersecurity efforts address systems separately in 6 functions: identify, detect, monitor, protect, react, and recover. The aim of study is to provide merely assistance for cybersecurity, whereas leave security operation to cybersecurity administrators (human) for taking preventive measures or actions. With the advance of digitalization technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0 and IoT), we are increasingly more capable of recording with no gap, the footprint of any attacks and corresponding behaviors of defense. Under the condition of enterprise cybersecurity big data, this talk investigates the opportunities and challenges of AI for Cybersecurity in analyzing relational inductive bias of deep learning and pairwise graph modeling for tracking multi-node attacks. In the end, we discuss moving cybersecurity research to data science in developing future AI (machine) cybersecurity administrator.
